In 1984, founders Thomas Craig and Carlos Talison set out on a journey to promote the achievements of everyday members in the African-American community. Through the creation of the Black Excellence Social Club, they have successfully celebrated 100s of individuals who not only aspire but have achieved excellence - black excellence.
